DELIVERY

We are an online retailer of tailor-made cashmere clothing and accessories. In order to offer a personal, quality service, we make each item to order rather than just simply taking it from a factory shelf. Our clothing is tailor-made to the finest standard. Each order is an item specifically for you. 

Once your online purchase is authorised, we endeavour to have your item to you within 3 weeks. Bespoke items can sometimes take longer to create (allow 4-7 weeks).

Once we have received your completed item, we will dispatch it and send you a notification of shipment email. This email will outline your estimated dispatch date and contain your tracking link. All packages must be signed for upon delivery so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery address and contact number. Please note that we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.

Standard $15 (delivery within 2-4 business days from dispatch date)

Rural $20 (delivery within 3-5 business days from dispatch date)

Orders over $300 FREE

International

Standard $30 (delivery within 10-20 business days from dispatch date)

Bulky $60 (delivery within 10-20 business days from dispatch date)

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Please note -

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Davis Lester will not be held liable for any fees/taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We recommend that you are familiar with your country’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as any rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.
